Trevor Heninger

Founder & Lead Coach, Rise Undaunted

Trevor Heninger is the founder of Rise Undaunted, a movement dedicated to helping LDS men break free from limiting patterns and become strong, grounded, purpose-driven leaders. As a certified coach in Neural Auto-Associative Programming (NAAP), Trevor helps men rewire subconscious beliefs and step into lives of clarity, courage, and spiritual alignment.

With over 25 years of marriage, he knows firsthand the challenges of showing up fully as a husband, father, and man of faith—and how powerful life becomes when you stop hiding and start leading from truth. When he’s not coaching or writing his book The Nice Guy Matrix, you’ll probably find him on a pickleball court, chasing both the ball and a good laugh.

Michael Sudbury

I grew up believing that being “good” was the highest goal—and for years, I measured myself against that standard. I learned to stay agreeable, keep the peace, and hide the parts of me that didn’t fit the picture. It worked for a while… until it didn’t.

Letting go of that act has been the hardest and most freeing work of my life. I’ve come to see that real strength comes from truth, courage, and the willingness to be fully seen. Now I walk alongside other men ready to drop the act, live from truth, and grow into who they were always meant to be.

Jesse Larsen

Jesse is a Certified Neuro Auto-Associative Programming Facilitator.

He feels called to guide men to their God-given power, breaking chains of shame, addiction, and self-doubt to forge a path of healing, wisdom, and purpose.

Raised in a loving Christian family, he inherited both faith and generational scars; his father broke cycles of discipline and control, while his mother bore the weight of a veteran’s emotional distance. Their resilience inspired him to carry the torch. Through Olympic and historical rapier fencing, he learned discipline; through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), he saw perception’s power, yet its manipulative risks. Then, he discovered Neuro Auto-Associative Programming (NAAP), an intentional method where agency triumphs, manipulation falters, and choice unlocks transformations that awaken divine potential.

Weaving together NAAP, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), and Nice Guy Syndrome, he helps men rewrite subconscious lies, reclaim their strength, and forge purpose. What if your deepest struggles are not chains, but invitations to rise? What if your purpose awaits, revealed through the courage to question your own assumptions? He empowers men to master emotions, restore families, and lead with conviction, forging order from the chaos of shame and fear.

He now raises his banner: In defense of my God, my religion, my family, my freedom, I stand! Will you join in reclaiming your strength and stand as men united?
